Currently the number of Masternodes hosting Horizen Coin has reached 25K nodes running Horizen Securenode (ZEN-42) and over 3000 nodes running Horizen Supernode (ZEN-500), making it largest Masternode coin by nodes count.
There are two types of Horizen Securenodes (Masternodes), Horizen Securenode (ZEN-42) which would require locking 42 Zen coins and the other one is Horizen Supernode (ZEN-500) and it requires 500 Zen coins to be locked in order to run a Securenode. This is a solid crypto project with a talented team behind it.
Horizen (Zen) (formerly ZenCash) is a 2017 Zclassic fork and it is a decentralized, open-source cryptocurrency with a blockchain platform that provides privacy and anonymity for its users. It was created to provide a peer-to-peer economic system for money, media, and messaging privacy platform built with zk-SNARK technology and a decentralized multi-tiered node architecture.
