Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao announced the launch of a new cryptocurrency during a free concert in Manila, Philippines. Manny’s new cryptocurrency will be called “Pac” and it will be used by Manny’s fans to buy his merchandise and interact with him on social media.
Manny’s newly launched Pac coin will be listed on Singapore’s Global Cryptocurrency Offering Exchange (GCOX) and counts Pacquiao and ex-Liverpool and England soccer star Michael Owen as private investors, along with Sheikh Khaled bin Zayed al-Nahyan, a member of Abu Dhabi’s ruling family.
Manny Pacquiao is a Filipino professional boxer and politician, actor and currently serving as a senator of the Philippines. Pacquiao is regarded by many boxing historians as one of the greatest professional boxers of all time. He held World Boxing Association Super World Welter Title and World Boxing Association World Welter Title.
